How it Works

A coolant leak occurs when there is a failure within the structure of the cooling system caused by corrosion, component overload, poor maintenance or simply bad luck. Once there is a breach in the cooling system then coolant will naturally flow through that point as it will offer a low pressure release to a system that is naturally under pressure. You will notice symptoms such as coolant loss, puddles under the engine, white smoke from the tailpipe and increased coolant temperature. When you see anything like this, do not delay, get Green Demon into your cooling system as soon as possible.

Once Green Demon has been added following the instructions, it immediately gets to work. The scientifically engineered particles that are part of the Green Demon formula will flow through the
cooling system actively seeking out low pressure points. Once they reach the damaged area the particles get to work, combining within the failure point to create a super strength mesh in seconds. The ceramic formulation ensures that the repair cures to become permanent, so even if you drain the cooling system later the repair will remain strong.

The Green Demon formulation has been developed in accordance with the ASTM D3147 standard for coolant leak repair products. This means is will seal a leak (hole) up to 0.63mm in size but will flow freely through anything larger. This ensures that Green Demon will fix even big leaks in the cooling system but will positively not block or clog even the narrowest waterways within the cooling system of your engine.
